Load antibody decay curve parameter

Usage

as_curve_params(data, antigen_isos = NULL)

Arguments

data

a data.frame() or tibble::tbl_df

antigen_isos

a character() vector of antigen isotypes to be used in analyses

Value

a curve_data object (a tibble::tbl_df with extra attribute antigen_isos)
